Nominations Now Open for 2025 40 Under 40 Awards
The Macomb County Chamber, in partnership with NextGEN Macomb, is excited to announce that nominations are officially open for the second annual 40 Under 40 Awards. This prestigious program honors Macomb County’s next generation of leaders – young professionals under 40 who are making a meaningful impact in their professions and communities.
Last year’s inaugural event was a tremendous success, showcasing the talent, innovation and leadership of young professionals across the county. This year’s celebration will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 6 to 10 p.m. at Zuccaro’s in Chesterfield.
“Last year’s inaugural event was a huge success, and we’re excited to once again shine a spotlight on the young professionals who are shaping Macomb County’s future,” said Kelley Lovati, CEO and President of the Macomb County Chamber and Macomb Foundation.
Nominations have been extended and will be accepted through Monday, September 15, 2025. Eligible nominees must:
- Work and/or live in Macomb County.
- Be between the ages of 18 and 40 at the time of the award ceremony.
- Be active and influential in the community.

A selection committee will review all submissions, and the 2025 honorees will be recognized at the November awards dinner.
