The Macomb County Chamber’s L.E.A.D.S. program (Learn. Expand. Associate. Develop. Succeed.) is designed to help members build meaningful business relationships through structured referral networking. Each L.E.A.D.S. group consists of Chamber members who are committed to exchanging qualified business referrals, supporting one another’s growth, and building trusted professional connections.

Participation in a L.E.A.D.S. group is included with your Chamber membership. We currently offer several active groups, each limited to one representative per industry to maximize referral opportunities and minimize competition within the group. Industry availability varies by group.

Attendance Expectations
To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of each group, members are expected to::

• Commit to regular attendance and active participation.
• Reserve and maintain their exclusive industry seat within the group.
• Arrange for a substitute representative if they are unable to attend a meeting, unless otherwise noted by the group.
