A Message from Chamber President & CEO Kelley Lovati, Ph.D.

As we move further into 2026, the Macomb County Chamber continues to build momentum by bringing together business and community leaders, strengthening connections and creating new opportunities for our members.

Earlier this year, we were proud to host our Annual Meeting and Board Induction, where we welcomed three outstanding leaders to the Chamber’s Board of Directors. We also recently convened regional leaders for the 2026 Macomb Economic Forecast, where panelists discussed the trends shaping our economy and the opportunities ahead in Macomb County.

In this issue of Macomb Chamber Edge, you’ll also meet longtime Chamber member Pat Marshall, founder of At Your Service Office Solutions. Her nearly two decades of involvement with the Chamber highlight the value of building relationships and staying engaged in the business community.

Looking ahead, we hope you’ll mark your calendars for three important upcoming events.

On Friday, April 10, the Chamber will host the State of Shelby Township at The Palazzo Grande. Supervisor Rick Stathakis will provide an inside look at the progress taking place in Shelby Township and what lies ahead for the community.

On Monday, April 27, Selfridge will host “Selfridge Industry Series – Infrastructure Day,” an informational session designed to help companies learn how to participate in infrastructure projects that will support the arrival of the Boeing F-15EX Eagle II and KC-46 Pegasus. Businesses in construction, engineering, logistics, environmental services and other related industries are encouraged to attend and learn more about contracting with the federal government.

We also invite you to join us on Thursday, April 30, for the 2026 ATHENA Award Ceremony at Andiamo in Warren. This inspiring annual celebration recognizes outstanding leaders who demonstrate excellence in their profession, give back to the community and actively support the advancement of women in leadership.

I’m also pleased to share that the Chamber is developing a new Manufacturing Roundtable that will meet monthly to connect manufacturing members with industry opportunities. If you’re interested in participating, please contact me directly at kelley@macombcountychamber.com.

Thank you for your continued support of the Macomb County Chamber. We look forward to seeing you soon.
