40 Under 40: Celebrating Macomb County’s Rising Leaders

The Macomb County Chamber, in partnership with NextGEN Macomb, celebrated the region’s next generation of leaders at the 2025 40 Under 40 Awards on Nov. 20 at Zuccaro’s Banquets & Catering in Chesterfield Township. Now in its second year, the event recognized 41 rising leaders who are shaping the future of Macomb County through business innovation, public service, community leadership, education, nonprofit impact and more.

This year’s honorees represented a wide range of industries, including business, nonprofit leadership, education, healthcare, government, finance, entrepreneurship and public safety. Their achievements demonstrate the numerous ways young professionals are strengthening communities, elevating workplaces and making meaningful contributions across Macomb County.

Throughout the evening, Chamber President and CEO Kelley Lovati, NextGEN representatives and community leaders emphasized the importance of cultivating and celebrating emerging talent in Macomb County. John Paul Rea, Macomb County Deputy County Executive, served as the event emcee and highlighted each honoree’s professional achievements and community contributions.
