A Message From Chamber President, Kelley Lovati, Ph.D.

A Message from Chamber President & CEO Kelley Lovati, Ph.D.

As we close out 2025, I find myself both proud of what our Chamber community has accomplished together and excited about what lies ahead.

This past year was marked by connection, collaboration and a continued commitment to strengthening Macomb County’s business community. From honoring outstanding women leaders at our annual ATHENA Leadership Awards to recognizing emerging talent through our second annual 40 Under 40 Awards, we spent the year highlighting those who are moving our county forward.

We also prioritized education and resilience, helping our members navigate an ever-changing business landscape. Our Weathering the Storm program brought experts together to discuss cybersecurity and emergency preparedness. Our inaugural Women In Leadership event highlighted the power of purpose-driven leadership and gave women leaders a platform to share their voices.

As we look toward 2026, we are energized by the opportunities ahead to continue connecting our members with the resources, relationships and recognition they deserve.

Thank you for being an essential part of the Macomb County Chamber. Your engagement drives our success, and I look forward to everything we will accomplish together in the year ahead.

With appreciation,

Kelley Lovati, Ph.D.
