Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the Chamber office and its related activities. This position will report directly to the CEO. Responsible for maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments, answering phone, and processing mail. Greets guests and provides excellent customer service. Performs secretarial duties including preparation and typing of all correspondence, coordinating filing systems, scheduling appointments, coordinates meeting arrangements and preparations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Assists in membership data entry.

2. Schedules, attends, and prepares minutes/agendas and related documentation for various committee and management meetings.

3. Maintains executive’s and staff’s calendar.

Job Requirements Qualifications: – Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook a MUST) Strong Communication Skills and Excellent Verbal and Written Skills – Detail oriented and highly organized to work independently. Strong customer service minded (MUST).

Educational requirements: High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25,000.00 to $28,000.00 /year
