Finance & Operations
Finance & Operations will review monthly financial statements, membership reports and accounts receivables reports. Evaluates adequacy of chamber facilities and equipment. Plans and coordinates Annual Planning Conference. The purpose of this committee is to improve the overall operations and efficiency of the Chamber through evaluation of finances and financial practices; by improving the planning function of the Chamber; through recommendations on staffing requirements; and evaluation of quarters and equipment. Reviews all expenses and revenue generating activities to ensure their adequacy in meeting the desired membership and financial base of the Chamber.
